Innovation Program Manager
Will is an Innovation Program Manager at DIHI. In his role, Will focuses on strategy design, implementation, and reporting metric development for DIHI’s innovation projects. Prior to joining DIHI in late 2019, Will facilitated various process, quality, and value improvement projects for Duke University Health System while serving on the Performance Services Care Redesign team. On the DIHI team, Will is building a data science skillset atop his experience using biostatistics to improve surgical outcomes with Emory Health. Will earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University, his MPH from Emory University, and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Will is surviving this COVID-19 era with the help of morning runs with his dog, Nespresso, local family, tennis, and his wife’s homemade pizza. Will is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Niger) who is energized by the adventure of survival and innovation.
